MashUp Articles
It is true that architects have a
special burden of proof. To make good
buildings, they need a worldview; that is based upon connectivity to the world.
They are
challenged to always consider the big picture. When architecture is very
focused on the outer shape of the architectural object, and less on the other
dimensions, there will eventually be a perceived loss of value for the
end-user.
It is dangerous when people analyze
a situation as a mechanism isolated from the world. Nevertheless, science gives
us an excellent model of how something works as a mechanical system.
Recently, there is an interest in a more knowledge-driven
architecture. The term may seem a little strange, as architecture is always
about combining a lot of knowledge. It can be gathered
in multiple ways: by way of drawings, site visits and travels, interactions with
computer software, not to mention learning by doing. Architects can get a better understanding how a building
came about, and how it connects and interacts with its surroundings, promoting the idea of what is now called as “design thinking”.

Lumion Environment
The environment is based on Harau Valley. Located in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. It is sometimes known as the Yosemite of Indonesia.
This is Bunta Waterfall, or locally called as Sarasah Bunta that pours down fresh water from the highlands with three other waterfalls nearby.
These are the draft version of the environment.
The waterfall looking unrealistic..And there will be trees surrounding the area.
